Mr. Rakesh Das is an entrepreneur, former Indian Army professional, and the Founder & Managing Director of Kenzzveda Wellness Private Limited. His years of service in the Indian Army developed in him strong values of discipline, leadership, responsibility, and dedication.

After completing his military service, he entered the wellness and direct-selling industry, where he gained valuable experience in team building, leadership, and entrepreneurship. His vision is to create quality wellness products and meaningful business opportunities for people across India. With the vision of combining Wellness, Entrepreneurship and Opportunity, Mr. Rakesh Das founded Kenzzveda Wellness Private Limited. Kenzzveda was created with a simple belief —quality wellness products should reach people, and genuine business opportunities should reach those who are willing to learn, work hard and grow.

The company focuses on building a wellness-oriented product portfolio while developing a community where individuals can learn business skills, improve their confidence, develop leadership qualities and work towards financial independence.

SWAPAN KUMAR MAITY

Director

Mr. Swapan Kumar Maity was born and brought up in Medinipur, West Bengal. He is a Commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta. He began his professional journey by serving in the Indian Army, where he completed nearly 20 years of dedicated service. During his Army career, he worked in various important positions, including responsibilities related to technical operations, administration and management, developing strong leadership, discipline and organizational skills.

After completing his Army service, he entered the network marketing industry, where he worked as an advisor and business mentor for nearly 18 years. During this journey, he established himself as an experienced professional in the industry and achieved significant recognition for his leadership and marketing capabilities. He is also associated with motivational speaking and life coaching, helping individuals develop confidence, leadership skills and a growth-oriented mindset.

With his extensive experience in leadership, management and network marketing, Mr. Maity brings valuable strategic guidance and industry knowledge to the organization. His vision is to create a professional and transparent platform that provides people with opportunities for personal growth, entrepreneurship and financial development.

As a Director of KENZZVEDA WELLNESS PVT. LTD., he is committed to contributing his experience, leadership and vision towards building a trusted and sustainable organization. Born in Bamharauli, Sirathu, Prayagraj (now Kaushambi), Uttar Pradesh, Sub Maj Brijendra Kumar Dwivedi is married to Smt. Anupama Dwivedi and is a proud father of two daughters, Saumya and Sanya Dwivedi. Guided by strong family values and a deep sense of responsibility, he has built his professional journey around discipline, integrity, service and leadership.

He is a distinguished Indian Army veteran with 30 years of exemplary military service, during which he served across diverse formations, Tri-Services establishments and operational units throughout India. His extensive experience encompasses leadership, administration, training, team development and strategic execution.

His military career included exposure to significant national operations such as Op Vijay, Op Parakram and Op Sindoor, strengthening his ability to lead with resilience, precision and purpose in challenging environments.

Transitioning into the corporate and Direct Selling industry, he continues to apply his leadership experience in building high-performing teams, developing emerging leaders and contributing to sustainable organizational growth.

As a Director of Kenzzveda Wellness Pvt. Ltd., his disciplined approach, strategic perspective and people-centric leadership contribute to strengthening the organization’s culture and building a strong foundation for long-term growth.
